Project Overview
Built and owned by Simon Property Group, Phoenix Premium Outlets is one of the Southwest’s most highly visited shopping destinations. This 90-store upscale center is home to many top shelf brands including Nike, Coach, Armani, Michael Kors, DKNY, Elie Tahari and Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th. Trademark collaborated with Simon and the Gila River Indian community to fabricate and install every environmental graphic design and wayfinding aspect of this 360,000 square foot retail development. Trademark created the seven story show piece entryway pylon.
