Chandler Viridian

Chandler Viridian is a 15-acre mixed-use development located in the heart of the Chandler retail entertainment district. The development will include: a 150 room hotel, a six-story building with 250,000 square feet of Class A office space. Hines contracted Trademark to design, build and install the major branding and sign components for the progressive development.
