The Railyard

Set in the heart of Charlotte’s trendy South End — an area that was once dominated by mills and factories — The RailYard is a mixed-use urban development that combines Class A office space with restaurants and outdoor gathering spaces. The project’s architectural style pays tribute to Charlotte’s rich rail history, yet it also has a contemporary feel thanks to the use of ornamental steel and glass. Trademark took inspiration from this historic-meets-modern design aesthetic to create the main ID signage and tenant monuments for the project as well as bold, colorful railyard-themed graphics and directional signage for its eight-story parking deck.
