Positions
Trademark Visual is seeking a qualified Field Services Technician to complement our Field Services team. Candidate must have at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in surveying, removing, installing and servicing various sign projects. The environment for this position is primarily in the field but will involve some in-shop prep work. Candidate must be able to work independently and take action as required by the duties and responsibilities given to them. Under general direction from the Field Services Manager, this is a physically demanding position requiring hands on abilities and use of tools & equipment to complete the required field service assignments. The work includes both interior and exterior work during all seasons and weather conditions all around the Phoenix and Tucson areas. Occasional travel may be required to other states. The best matched candidate would have 3+ years of sign installation and service experience.
- 3+ years sign installation experience
- Must possess a valid AZ driver’s license and clean driving record
- Experience conducting site surveys - obtaining photos and measurements, evaluating accessibility, taking inventory of existing signage
- Experience installing all types of commercial signage
- Experience removing all types of commercial signage including patching and repairs
- Experience servicing all types of commercial signage
- Experience with vinyl application and removal
- Experience working on construction sites with proper gear/attire and following proper safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to read maps, site plans and find GPS coordinates

- Provide connection/disconnection services to primary power while following proper safety protocols
- Follow a pre-defined schedule Interact with customers in the field
- Properly prepare all necessary paperwork, job logs and field service reports
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment and shop trucks
- Other duties as assigned
- Journeyman level installer preferred
- CDL License
- Experience with crane operation
- Certified Welder
- Licensed Electrician

Trademark Visual is seeking a qualified metal sign fabricator to complement our construction team. Candidate must have demonstrated sign indust ry experience in all aspects of metal sign making. The environment for this position is a shop environment. Candidate must be able to work independently and take action as required by the duties and responsibilities given to them. Under general direction from the Construction Manager, this is a production position requiring hands on knowledge and use of tools & equipment to produce finished products. The best matched candidate would have 5+ years of production experience, and be comfortable in a hands-on role working in a deadline-oriented environment.
- 5+ years metal sign making experience

- Fabricate a wide variety of metal signs from small post and panels to large monuments and pylon with a keen awareness of what makes a high quality product
- Fabricate plastic components as needed Install and wire up all manner of electrical and lighting components (LED, Neon, Fluorescent, HID, etc)
- Prep signs for transport and/or shipping, including crating, cribbing, packaging, etc
- Other duties as assigned
- Journeyman level fabricator preferred

Candidate must have demonstrated experience in project admin duties on medium to large construction projects. Sign industry experience would be a plus but not required for candidates with sufficient construction industry experience. The environment for this position is largely an office environment, but may involve some occasional field visits. Candidate must be able to work independently and take action as required by the duties and responsibilities given to them. This position will report to Director of Projects and will assist all Project Managers.
- Highly functional in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Capable of constructing Gantt Charts
- Experience with project management software
- General understanding of construction projects, workflows and tiers
- The knowledge, skills and abilities required to fulfill the following duties
- Manage high profile sign manufacturing and installation projects
- Manage contracts and project timelines
- Manage project costs and protect project profitability
- Develop a project schedule identifying project milestones and major tasks
- Attend onsite construction meetings as required on contract projects
- Work with in-house project management admin to ensure all required project information and documentation is clearly provided
- Work with creative and detailing team to ensure drawing accuracy
- Work with outsourced engineers to obtain required structural engineering
- Work with manufacturing team and conduct quality checks work in-progress
- Work with procurement team to ensure materials are ordered and received; equipment is ordered; and subcontractors are lined up
- Work with field services team to obtain surveys and coordinate installations
- Work with outsourced trades and specialties when employed on a project
- Work with client project managers and superintendents to coordinate site requirements and scheduling
- Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle
- Ensure any changes to scope are documented and approved through appropriate change requests and change orders
- Pre-qualify site conditions to confirm they are ready for installation
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and estimated hours and the projects meet or exceed TRADEMARK quality standards
- Schedule all required inspections
- Conduct punch walk with client and final walk-through
- Promote safety at all times and in all situations Identify and effectively perform all job close-out procedures

Candidate must have demonstrated experience in project management of medium to large sign and/or construction projects. A minimum of five years of experience in the Sign industry managing projects from start to finish is required. The environment for this position is largely an office environment, but will involve manufacturing plant walkthroughs and routine field visits. Candidate must be able to work independently and take action as required by the duties and responsibilities given to them. This position will report to Director of Projects.
