Project Overview
An obsolete manufacturing building has now become the future of Class A office projects. The Circuit’s adaptive reuse space creates a modern work environment while repurposing materials from the original building. Everwest Real Estate Investors joined Gensler and Trademark to design and implement the project’s new sign plan.
