100 Mill

Built directly across the street from the historic Haden Flour Mill and the iconic Tempe Town Lake and walking distance from Downtown Tempe’s vibrant night life. This mixed use development takes up two and a half acres and includes a 9 floor hotel, fitness center, multiple office spaces, and a Press Coffee in the lobby.

The team at Trademark was called on to deliver an iconic branding package to compliment the modern architectural design of 100 Mill. Trademark manufactured and installed multiple elements including multiple building top signs and exterior monuments. The main branding element is installed along the side of the building over 100 feet in the air and spanning over 60 feet in length.
