Continental Tire

Continental has been a global leader in the transportation industry since 1871. Originally founded in Hanover, they have been setting the pace through their innovation and state-of-the-art development. When it came time to brand their newest U.S. Headquarters, our friends at Continental and Edifice Construction knew they required a company that understood what it means to be a leader in your industry.

With a cost of $11 million, this 75,000-square-foot facility is designed and constructed using natural materials, with the goal of being Net Zero. Working closely with Continental's construction and marketing teams, Trademark designed, built, and installed multiple brand elements, including a 250-square-foot lobby display installed three stories high, a monument on the main drive, exterior parking directional, and ADA-compliant interior directionals and office signage.
