Marina Heights, a $600 million, 20-acre site developed by Ryan Companies and designed in conjunction with Design Farm Studio and DAVIS, is a towering testament to Tempe's  thriving skyline. With 2 million square feet of office, retail, and parking garages, this mixed-use development is a vibrant hub of activity and the largest office development in Arizona history.

Trademark was engaged to build the developer designed branding package into the real world. The result is a stunning display of Marina Heights' branding, prominently visible from the Rio Salado.
