Mack Innovation Park

Trademark Visual partnered with Mack Real Estate Group to deliver signage for Mack Innovation Park, located at 333 W Pinnacle Peak Rd. in Phoenix. Designed as a TSMC supplier site, the development represents Mack’s strategic expansion into the industrial sector – an investment that has since contributed to their continued growth in the Scottsdale market and beyond.

Trademark’s scope of work included comprehensive sign planning across all three sites, as well as the design and installation of property identification signage and multi-tenant monument signs. Given the scale of the industrial buildings, the team conducted banner demonstrations in advance to ensure proper sizing and proportion, allowing the signage to complement the architecture while maintaining strong visibility and impact. The execution of this project has helped pave the way for continued collaboration in the industrial space.
