The Ballpark at America First Square

Project Overview
The Salt Lake City Bees boast a rich history spanning more than 100 years, including 6 league titles and generations of family-friendly entertainment in the Lehi Valley. For the past 30 years, the team has played in a stadium built in a pre-internet era when all correspondence arrived by mail and home phone lines were commonplace.
With their affiliation agreement extended through 2031—and amid a period of rapid growth and resurgence in the region—the time was right to build for the future of the club. Completed in just 18 months, The Ballpark at America First Square now stands as the centerpiece of the Downtown Daybreak development.
Located within the thriving 4,000-acre Daybreak master-planned community, the stadium and its surrounding district create a year-round gathering place for families and fans alike. When it came time to bring the brand to life, Okland Construction and Larry H. Miller turned to a partner with a proven track record of delivering championship-caliber results.
With more than 2,000 square feet of signage installed throughout the stadium, Trademark helped brand nearly every corner of the Bees’ new home.
