Opwest Partners tapped Trademark Visual to handle signage for their landmark Old Town Scottsdale hotel. The brief was clear: build something that belongs to the desert, not just something placed in it. Working alongside Nelsen Partners, and Layton Construction, Trademark delivered a complete interior and exterior package anchored in fabricated steel and integrated illumination.

The result: a sign system that holds its own by day and commands the Entertainment District by night.
