Air Guitar

Trademark completed signage for Air Guitar, a new concept located at 1566 South Higley Road in Gilbert. The project was developed in partnership with Craig and Kris DeMarco of Upward Projects and Eric and Elissa Seitz of Bro Retail Group - teams known for bringing elevated dining and retail experiences to Arizona communities. Located within Gilbert’s growing Epicenter development, the space highlights the area’s rise as a destination for dining, entertainment, and community gathering.

Trademark’s scope of work included the fabrication and installation of two rooftop signs featuring open-face construction with neon, as well as a freestanding monument sign. The signage not only enhances visibility but also reinforces the bold, creative identity of the development. The rooftop signs for Air Guitar and Epicenter mark a milestone for the Town of Gilbert, as they are the first rooftop signs approved within the municipality, setting a new precedent for future projects.
