University House

University House is one of Arizona State University’s largest student housing complexes. The 18 story buildings are centrally located within downtown Tempe’s entertainment district. Trademark worked closely with developer’s design team to help interpret their brand in a modern and progressive manner. Trademark’s keen eye for design and craftsmanship can be found within the entryway under canopy blade sign. The building also has a sixty-four foot branded entryway roof top sign.
