McKale Center at ALKEME Arena

Trademark recently helped bring a new identity to one of the University of Arizona’s most recognizable athletics venues, transforming McKale Memorial Center into McKale Center at ALKEME Arena. The project marked the second major athletics rebranding awarded to Trademark by the university, following the transformation of Arizona Stadium into Casino Del Sol Stadium. Both projects were developed in close collaboration with the University of Arizona Athletics Department, extending a growing partnership across two of the university's premier athletics facilities.

Trademark fabricated and installed a McKale Center at ALKEME Arena face-lit letterset sign across the north entrance canopy, introducing the rebrand at one of the venue’s primary arrival points. Inside, the new identity took center court with additional McKale Center at ALKEME Arena signage spanning the bottom ring of the arena’s digital scoreboard. A face-lit ALKEME letterset and logo were also installed on the underbelly of the scoreboard, placing the new branding directly above the action.

From the building entryway to center court, the rebrand brought a refreshed identity to a venue deeply rooted in Arizona sports, while preserving the McKale name that generations of Wildcats know.
