Project Overview
Kingsley is a 626-acre mixed-use development located just off Interstate 77 in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The project’s 110-acre first phase, which is now complete, features a blend of retail businesses, apartments, restaurants, a Courtyard by Marriott hotel and offices, including the corporate headquarters for Lash Group and LPL Financial. Trademark provided all campus identification, wayfinding signs and pedestrian directories for the project.
