The environment for this position is a shop environment, but may involve some occasional field visits. Under general direction from the Graphics Manager, this is a production position requiring hands on knowledge and use of tools & equipment to produce finished products. The environment for this position is primarily in the field but will involve some in shop prep work. Candidate must be able to work independently and take action as required by the duties and responsibilities given to them. Under general direction from the Real Estate Sign Manager, this is a physically demanding position requiring hands on abilities and use of tools & equipment to install small sign projects consisting of m ainly post and panel signs, banners and window graphics. Most of the work is outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions all around the Phoenix and Tucson areas. The best matched candidate would have 2+ years of sign installation experience.

Candidate must have at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in surveying, removing, installing and servicing various sign projects. The environment for this position is primarily in the field but will involve some in-shop prep work. Under general direction from the Field Services Manager, this is a physically demanding position requiring hands on abilities and use of tools & equipment to complete the required field service assignments.
