Discovery Business Campus brings an innovative approach to professional office parks. It is situated on a 136 acre campus that has over 800,000 square feet of office space with an additional 1.6 million square feet of space ready for future office, hotel and retail development. The campus, which was built on a free sealed semi-conductor, has revitalized Tempe’s high tech corridor. Trademark designed, fabricated and installed two 60 foot entry feature signs, numerous multi-tenant monument signs and every ground directional sign.
