Broadstone Camelback
Project Overview
Broadstone is one of the latest multi-family residential projects within Phoenix’s renowned Camelback Corridor. Trademark provided brand design, custom sign fabrication and installation of exterior signs for the 270 unit community. Trademark worked effectively with the City of Phoenix to create a community friendly sign program that blended well with the historic Biltmore district.

Trademark’s design and engineering group was able to provide a very unique corner accent sign incorporating both the brand image and location address. The final sign provided a strong visual presence while staying within the strict development ordinance.
