Westgate Entertainment and Office Districts is a super-regional destination for shopping, dining, entertainment, and commercial offices. Westgate is anchored by State Farm Stadium, home of the NFL's Arizona Cardinals.  With over 8,000,000 square feet of retail space, Westgate attracts over 22 million visitors annually. Teetsel Properties contracted Trademark to modify the existing Comprehensive Sign Plan as well as design, fabricate and install new multi-tenant ground signs and wayfinding signs.
