One North Central

Located in the center of Downtown Phoenix, this 20 story Class A office building was first constructed in 2001 for Phelps Dodge Corporation.  Having both retail amenities and modern office space makes One North Central a premier address in Phoenix real estate.  Ryan Companies and Mitsubishi Estate New York partnered with Trademark to rebrand and update the wayfinding sign program.  Trademark successfully worked with the City of Phoenix to create a new Comprehensive Sign Plan for the mixed use project. Trademark designed, fabricated and installed the developer provided signage.
