The landmark shade structure in the core of the complex exemplifies the design and focus of connecting and attracting the businesses, public and campus to this center.Trademark Visual was chosen to implement the detailed sign program. The entrance features compliment the

design of the iconic landmark shade structure while identifying the project, address and access points through the center. The multi-tenant freestanding monuments alert vehicular traffic of the project while providing the names of tenants within this ±42 acre site. Incorporating gabion baskets and materials consistent with the surrounding landscape help blend the freestanding signs into the environment.
